Stormfront

When a storm that never ends descends on three worlds at once, three women — a chaser, a survivor, and a goddess — discover it isn't weather. It's a message.

Stormfront is the next film from Alexander Kiesel and Periti Studios: an anthology in three chapters, each set in a different world, all caught under the same impossible storm. The trailer is out now. The film arrives in 2026.

The trailer cuts between the plains, the farmhouse, and the cliff without explaining how one storm reaches all three. That question is the film.

The Chapters

Three chapters, one storm.

Each chapter follows one woman in one world. The storm is the only thing they share.

Stormfront still from the Tempest chapter: a supercell storm over a straight plains road, lightning striking at its edge

Chapter 01 · The plains

Tempest

Mara Reyes

Storm-chaser and meteorologist Mara Reyes has spent her life running toward what everyone else runs from. But the supercell tearing across the county tonight doesn't behave like weather. It turns when she turns. It waits when she waits.

To understand it, she'll have to do the one thing no chaser survives: stand still and let it come to her.

Stormfront still from the Hollow Ground chapter: a young woman holding a lantern on a dark farmhouse porch in the rain, a figure in the tree line behind her

Chapter 02 · The farmhouse

Hollow Ground

June

The power dies at the old Hale farmhouse just after dark. June, alone for the first night since the funeral, watches the lightning through rain-streaked glass, and in every flash the shape in the tree line is one step closer.

The storm isn't hiding it. The storm is bringing it.

Stormfront still from the Heart of Thunder chapter: a goddess with glowing blue runes holding a lightning spear on a cliff above a storm-dark sea

Chapter 03 · The cliff

Heart of Thunder

Saya

Somewhere older than maps, on a cliff above a black and boiling sea, Saya opens her eyes for the first time in a thousand years. The runes on her skin burn blue, the rain freezes in the air around her, and the thunder rolls in her chest like a second heartbeat.

War is coming across the water, and the sky has chosen its general.

About the Film

One storm, three worlds.

The storm arrived everywhere at once. That is the opening image of Stormfront and the rule the whole film plays by: three stories, three genres, one weather system that should not exist in any of these worlds, let alone all three.

The anthology format lets each world keep its own rules. The plains chapter plays as a disaster film, the farmhouse as slow horror, the cliff as myth. What binds them is the sky. The same thunder rolls through all three stories, and by the final lightning strike the storm's purpose is out in the open.

Stormfront is written and directed by Alexander Kiesel and produced at Periti Studios in Cyprus, using the AI-assisted pipeline behind the studio's recent work. The trailer is on the studio's YouTube channel now. The film arrives in 2026.
